Guided Meditation

This course was created to help you to develop clarity and happiness in times of fear and panic. These can be moments when you are experiencing fears that something terrible might happen, for instance, failing, getting sick, getting into trouble, and so forth.

Realize that when we are stressed in the mind, the body will be stressed as well. Consequently, this will create blockages in the energy centers of the body.

If one can release the mental stress within, one will be able to clear their blockages, which will help one to regain and improve mental clarity, happiness, and health.

In this course, you will be provided with a guided meditation for clearing the blockages created by the fears and worries within.

Taking The Course

One does not need to understand about the energy centers to take this course. The guided meditation has been designed so that you can unblock your energy centers without needing to know anything about how the inner meridians work.

As you are guided through the meditation, there will be times when you will experience great discomfort. Realize that this is normal because for one to truly release their Fears and Worries, one must first experience them in totality.

So, the more you can practice the guided meditation with the intention to Accept Experiences as is and to Accept yourself for who you are, the more this guided meditation will work for you.
