Our course is designed for testing your core strength and balance and utilizes a BOSU, which is available at most gyms and also online or at Target rather inexpensively..  This BOSU course, as taught by a Certified Personal Trainer, will provide you the opportunity to exercise, and have fun in a challenging way.  You will need to have a BOSU in order to participate with the course lessons. 

The Course provides you a full body BOSU workout, BOSU cardio workout, and a BOSU full body stretching workout.  We have also included a lesson to explain the difference between a BOSU and a Stability Ball, as it relates to fitness and the best uses of each. Enjoy!
