1) What it takes to step out of your Comfort Zone and into the Courage Zone
2) The importance of Practice and carefully selecting the environments in which you practice
3) Worst vs Best Case Scenarios and why it is important to maintain your focus on Best Case
4) How to Fight your Fears rather than running aways from them
5) How posture can impact whether you feel and look confident
6) How to change negative self-talk to positive self-talk
7) How to reframe fear to excitement
8) How to use Visualisation to build confidence
9) The importance of smiling to help calm the nerves
10) Finally, how to Breathe slowly and deeply to help relax the muscles in your chest throat and shoulders
