I have designed this course keeping people's busy schedule and family / work commitments in mind. 2 weeks of daily 15 minute practice can have a huge impact on your life. You will get stronger and more flexible and will have all the tools to continue practicing yoga even beyond this course.
Content & Overview
Suitable for complete beginners this course will offer you 14 short practice videos no longer than 20 minutes each to keep you motivated. You will learn the basic yoga postures, sun salutations and short breathing and relaxation techniques.
The first 4 days will cover the basics and then we will pick up the pace a little after that. Students will be encouraged to take before and after photos in certain yoga poses to see their progress.
Students completing this course will have all the tools to continue their home practice independently.
This course is great for anyone wishing to start yoga or get back into low impact exercise after for example a baby break.
If you have any injuries or conditions that might prevent you from doing certain physical exercise then please consult your doctor first. I do specialize in yoga for scoliosis so if it's back or posture related then I'm happy to try and answer any questions you might have.
