Description

21 days of Presence is an online program, designed to offer a deeper understanding of meditation and how we can create our personal, mindful practices. This is merely an introduction into an incredibly vast topic, where you’ll be able to learn in a bitesize, accessible way. Every video is less than 15 minutes long, meaning you most certainly have the time! Sometimes the hardest thing is showing up, so I've designed this program to be short n' sweet... Specifically so you can commit, day in, day out.

Together, we’ll use tools and techniques – such as breath work, mindfulness, and visualisations – to train attention and awareness. The goal with meditation (contrary to many assumptions) isn't to empty the mind, but simply not be so attached to your thoughts. We notice, we observe, we get curious... All with gentle acceptance. No judgement needed! Plus I'll be sharing journal prompts with each video, so you can sit post-practice and put your thoughts to paper.

This offering is designed for anyone and everyone. So get involved!
