The 5 Steps to RISE was created to walk you through a season of grief of any kind. Navigating even getting up in the morning can be challenging if you are in a heightened state of grief or loss. Our team, Coach Stefanie and Dr. Angela will be leading together. This is a great opportunity to interact with us in a more personal way.Each Step has 1 new habit to try and a 2nd option, new habits to try if you would like to eat deeper. One is called a Seed and it is recommended that you start there. If you feel like doing more you can also do the Sprout. There is also a short video that complements each Steps topics. These are meant to encourage you and help you. Your Digital Companion Book has space for the daily Seeds and Sprouts.
Can I keep doing the Seeds and Sprouts I learn and add to the next ones?
Yes! You can absolutely stack Seeds and Sprouts from day to day; However, do what you can, and don’t stress if you are only doing one Seed a day, or even if you take a frew days or weeks on one Step! The Sprouts are meant to be a little extra something if you are feeling up to it. Sometimes people repeat this program and are able to do more the second or even the third time around.
