In this module we will be looking at the place of prayer in the Celtic Spiritual tradition.
You will learn methods of prayer that you can start using immediately. Methods that, if you start putting into practice you will start to notice a deeper connection in life. Developing a sense of inner peace with time that will enable you to deal with the challenges of life.
We will look at:
What prayer is.
How to build prayer into your daily life.
Why we pray.
A few different approaches to prayer.
When we adopt a rhythm of prayer we start to tune into the divine in the world. It returns us to a state of wonder and gratitude. Anxiety and stress levels can reduce and we can feel more balanced in life. In this module you will learn the fundamentals that will allow you to bring this wonderful practice into your life.
