I am very excited to be launching my new online course which takes your life from chaos to clarity, self doubt to self empowerment. I’ve produced this concise and intense course with a series of videos and accompanying worksheets.
A build-up of stress inhibits the free flow of energy and information throughout our systems. The more stress we accumulate, the less efficient the mind and body become. The deep rest gained during meditation helps the body to experience greater balance and vitality. When our mind and body are less engaged in the constricted experience of stress, we are better able to express the creativity and enthusiasm for life that derives from our soul.
