In this course we will talk about how to create and design survey with questionnaire as a research tool. Also, we will learn how to transform our survey into an online form and make it shareable by using Google Forms platform. In the first part we will discuss about the options around the subject of interest, population, and the target group. Following we will present a full guide about Questionnaire's dissertation and talk about it's different options such as the Ethics part around it. In each part, we talk about rules and methodology, which we must always follow to create an efficient questionnaire survey, providing also a variety of questions which every questionnaire survey must conclude. In the next part we will discuss about the nature of our sample and how to make an efficient sampling method. Also, we will talk about the characteristics, which a questionnaire must have, such as reliability, validity and discriminality. We will also present a paradox about the sample size, about its affection by the size of our population via a simple example. The last part focuses on the digital dissertation of our Questionnaire using Google Forms and methods about editing and modifying our form will be presented. In this part we will show how to share our Questionnaire and collect the data. For the purposes of this courses, we will work on a demo survey with a research title "A Pet Survey: Factors which affect the psychological behavior of pet owners".
