Curious about the challenges of adult friendships?
Need help adjusting to adult friendships?
Want to improve on your current friendships?
Or perhaps you have been on your own for a while and you are thinking of getting to know people again.
F.E.L.T (Friends Exploring Life Together) will like to share a series that will cover the following topics:
- Structured Way to Think About Friendships
- Challenges in Adult Friendships
- (Re)starting to Make Friends
- Maintaining Friendships
- The End of Friendships
F.E.L.T believes that friendship should be felt. Friendships are an important part of life that adds to purpose and value.
The course will provide a platform to shift your friendships in that direction.
The course is based on theory and research, as theory and research helps put our common experiences into words and models, and draws from expert knowledge as a guide towards friendship.
It is aimed at helping to raise self-awareness, as self-awareness is the first step towards change.
There is also an affirmation of the importance of social connection and friendship to tackle the challenge of social isolation and loneliness.
May this course give you a way to think and approach adult friendships and a greater sense of control of friendships in your life!
