This course seeks to improve your knowledge and skills in Leadership. Unlike other courses on the topic, most of the course engages you in INTRO-SPECTION targeting your INTRA-personal awareness. The Advance Leadership Model, also called Advance Leadership, requires a person to be purposeful in obtaining and deepening self-awareness for individual growth within an organization. It is the practice of Intentional and purposeful action around professional development and self-development.

The final three lessons are specific application of the Advance Leadership model to real-life tasks that leaders must undertake. Included in the final lesson is the reflective exercise to create your complete Leadership Action Plan. The outline for that action plan alone is worth the price of admission.
