In this course, we will discuss what anger really is. We will look at ways to identify anger within ourselves and what signs to look for in others. This course is suitable for managing our own anger or for helping colleagues, friends or family to manage theirs.
We will look at the different parts of the brain and the reasons that we get angry, as well as the different characteristics & expressions of anger.
After discussing the different types of anger we'll move on to how we can effectively manage our anger to help ourselves and those around us.

- Anger & Health Issues - we'll look at the long term health risks of ongoing and uncontrollable anger.
- Causes of Anger & Common Triggers - we'll look at common things that spark anger and the reasons they do.
- Types of Anger - we'll look at the different types of anger, which can show themselves distinctly in each person.
- How to Manage Anger Effectively - we'll look at what we can do to manage our own anger or help those around us struggling with theirs.
