This is a college-level introductory anatomy and physiology course taught at a pace for learning and understanding. It is a great way to learn basic biology concepts from all disciplines of biology or to aid you as you are taking a college anatomy, physiology or anatomy AND physiology I course. 

This course covers introductory terminology, chemistry, cells, a special section for DNA, mitosis and meiosis, tissues, skin, joints, muscles, nervous tissue, the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system and special senses. Essentially, we will be building a solid foundation in this class which will be able to support us through A&P II. From there goes health and medical programs. If you begin your success here, it will be a ton easier to continue building successes throughout your educational and professional career.

This course is very much a work-in-progress and some videos will be replaced with time. Each section contains a quiz at the end of the section with 6 questions (except the first which is 4 questions) for thoughtful reflection on the material. Please preview the class before purchasing.
