My name is Tomaz Mueller and I am an Ayurvedic practitioner and meditation teacher. I have been teaching meditation for over 35 years. I was a student of Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the Transcendental Meditation Movement, for ten years at his ashram and also worked alongside Deepak Chopra early in his career. I have supported many people in their quest for health and wellbeing over the years, including A-list celebrities and British Royalty. I'm excited to present some of the tools and techniques I have learned that have helped me to expand consciousness and find peace within.
About this course
In this course you learn how to re-awaken your inner alchemist by activating, balancing and utilising the element of fire inside you, known as AGNI in Ayurveda, the traditional system of Indian medicine. Fire can transform, fire can destroy, and fire can heal.
This course teaches you to optimise your life force or PRANA in order to transmute the element of fire within you so it supports optimal digestion and metabolism as well as cellular rejuvenation and repair. The key ingredient to this alchemical process is a calm, peaceful and expanded state of mind.
A major obstacle that stops the flow of PRANA or life force, is an overactive, convoluted, clouded and conditioned mind; a mind that bears the weight of your past experiences and prevents you from being liberated from your lower self so that you can raise your frequency to become the best version of yourself.
There are many meanings of the word alchemy. In essence alchemy is really nothing more than blending two or more ingredients together, creating something new. The alchemy applied in this course utilises optimal levels of PRANA to align your physical body with its subtler aspects to support a healthy metabolism, freeing up detox pathways to excrete unwanted waste so the road for rejuvenation, recovery, healing and wellbeing is clear.

Each session of the course starts with a brief introduction of the topic for the session, followed by specific breathing practices, cognitive awareness techniques, Ayurvedic self-help, and other Yogic tools.
Over the course of six sessions, we gradually build a repertoire of tools that will help you to find the space and mental peace in your day-to-day living, so you can live a healthier and more balanced life.
The format of the course allows deep learning from others, recognising that perhaps you are not alone with your struggles to calm the mind and to experience self awareness.
