This course is for people who want help dealing with stress.

The final section is very focused on teaching you ways to calm your body’s stress reaction, with eleven guided relaxation tracks. There are also more meditative videos throughout each section.

There are copious education materials in every part of the course, for example a sheet to record your relaxation progress, a weekly planner, a tool to finding pleasure in activities again, amongst more. You also gain access to posters that give quick tips to stay calm.
