Each module has 3–4 areas where the learner needs to pause and put into action what they have learned and how they are going to improve. At the end of each module, we have an activity that summarizes the module by allowing the learner to put into action the knowledge learned in the module.

The first module is on understanding the autistic brain. In this module, we cover why autistic children behave differently, the patterns in their behaviors, how to recognize them, and what to do with the patterns We also cover how we can rewire the autistic brain to create patterns that are helpful and functional in their day-to-day lives. In this module, we also cover the different sensory processing needs of autistic children and how we can anticipate and give them alternate ways to get the same feedback.

The second module covers the caregiver's mental health and the importance of taking care of yourself while taking care of an autistic child. We show you the biggest stressors based on research and what you can do to ensure you are calmer most days while taking care of your child on the spectrum.

The third module is on communication and communication strategies that you need when communicating with a child on the spectrum who is either speaking or non-speaking.
