Description

Living in todays world can be stressful and uncertain. Often people avoid dealing with their stress, anxiety, or have trouble recognizing where the root of their problems might come from, but in actuality ignoring stress and life's difficulties can result in health problems and depression. Perhaps, you feel like you done everything you can in life but your dreams and life goals seem too far away or impossible. The key to deal to dealing with any kind of stress or lack of of abundance is not to deny or feel like you should just "do better," but to take action in healthy and positive ways. The exciting news is, stress is very manageable and the ability to reach goals can be accomplished through the practice of daily meditation.

This course is for people who are new to meditation and want to start practicing for a life long journey of personal growth and healing. Though there are different purposes for meditating and there are many types of meditations, I have kept this course shorter for beginner's to help you learn the critical fundamentals and foundations to start.  My goal is to help you find what type of meditation fits you best. I think one of the best parts of meditation is once you have an understanding of the basics you won't need to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary courses, upgrades, or gurus...by meditating you have already set the building blocks to change your life, because you are in control of you.

It is my belief that the best way to learn for you the student, is through a both an understanding of what you are learning and then practicing until you are comfortable remembering the steps. You will be less successful if you are stopping and starting to look at  pre-written scripts and notes, besides that the fact that meditation is a very a personal thing! After this course you will be able to decide what your own daily meditation practice will look like and what you would like to include in your meditations. It's your journey, and I am so excited to help you get there!
