When your Mind becomes pleasant, we call it ‘Peace’, when it becomes very pleasant, we call it ‘Joy’. When your Emotions become pleasant, we call it ‘Love’, when it becomes very pleasant, we call it ‘Compassion’. When your Life Energies become pleasant, we call it ‘Bliss’, when it becomes very pleasant, we call it ‘Ecstacy’.

The question you should ask yourself regularly is, ‘Am I on the path of attaining these states within me’. If Yes, great keep it up. If No, start working on it consciously.
