In this course, we will start our journey with the story of carbohydrate digestion and absorption in the intestines. all the way to how our body cells utilize the absorbed monosaccharide units. We will tell the story of how glucose, fructose and galactose are utilized in a well fed state and then what happens when we fast. To teach this in a very interesting manner, we have divided this course into four (4) sections with about fifteen (15) lecture videos all together
