Description

The course deals with Cardiac Arrhythmias in two parts. This is Part 2 of the course which deals with the various types of blocks. The Bundle branch blocks, the Fascicular Blocks, Atrioventricular Blocks are discussed in detail with examples. A miscellaneous group of arrhythmias comprising Sinoatrial blocks, Echo beat, Intraventricular conduction defects, Parasystole, Brugada Syndrome and Wellen’s Sign are also discussed.

An ECG Quiz on Cardiac Arrhythmias is included in the end of the course for a self-assessment by the student.

All the arrhythmias have been dealt with in detail and the causes of the arrhythmias elaborated whenever needed. The ECG criteria for the diagnosis of complex arrhythmias like Bundle branch blocks and Fascicular blocks have been explained in simple terms, easily understood by the learner.

Wherever needed diagrams have been provided and ECGs are also included for clarity.
