Description

This program is excellent for high school students or undergrads who want to start setting their career direction. It helps to highlight your strengths and interests, offers a very broad and modern overview of career paths out there and it guides you to choose the right path. For high school students we added a series of grade-specific action plans you could use to get the best out of your school year when it comes to career planning. These action plans are based on best practice by school counselors across the USA. You could use most of them outside of the USA also.

The course is developed by a team consisting of an American School Counselor, a Professor who has been teaching in West Coast universities, specialized in sustainability and storytelling and a Human Resources executive who has worked with renowned companies around the globe, including Apple, Nike and Amazon.

The program combines some background and theory, but is foremost practically oriented. It includes several exercises to identify your true interests and strengths and it gives access to an attractive and up to date career database. This database is regularly updated to the latest jobs being created, for instance in tech.

Who Should Attend!

  • This program is particularly interesting for high school students. Four of the five topics are extremely relevant for undergrads as well.
