Description

Chakra balancing can be done with mudras, yog postures and various other ways. This course however will introduce daily practices that clears and balances these energy centres by following simple tips that have helped me get faster result. The practices discussed only demands consistency.

What makes this course unique?

  1. Symptoms of one chakra may resemble the adjoining one, which is why, this course discusses specific and common blockage symptoms.

  2. The remedies of each chakra includes dietary cravings, chants that can be used to align with the energy frequencies and exercises that are simple and doesn't require yogic postures to be mastered.

  3. The causes mentioned in this course highlights the trauma and woundings that may have depleted these energy centres for which it is strongly advised to be addressed in the therapy.

  4. We are going to use readily available energies of 5 elements to boost our chakras. And this doesn't involve meditation.

  5. Journaling exercises are tailor made to address chakra specific enmeshments that are based on Vedic perspective of chakra developmenta and functioning.

  6. An extra lecture on Hindu Gods and Goddesses for each chakra are included to bring in the element of Surrender and Bhakti (Devotion) so that Divine energies of Gods tune the chakra efficiently.

The purpose of this course is facilitate healing in the unconscious level while the conscious mind is engaged in fresh energies and recreating oneself.  Most of the information given in the course is the result of mentoring and working with clients who intuitively started practising these exercises post therapy.

  6. Worshipping or chanting Diety's mantras will open Divine elements within you. You may have to encounter a lot of mental level fears and learn to trust because things are changing for the Good! (Pro-tip: When you can't shake your fears and insecurities, give it up to the Diety)
