Part II of this session will explain about the importance of safety culture, safety leadership, Safety Empowerment, Roles & responsibilities, and Management of Change

Part III of this session explains about Employee and worker engagement, Document Management system, Communication, sharing lessons learnt, Communication, Resource allocation, safety training and safety activity coordination

Part IV of this session covers Time factor for safe jobs, selection of contractors, road safety, laydown area and reporting and investigation of incidents.

Part V of this session explains about the importance of Housekeeping, waste management, risk assessment, Point of work or last minute risk assessment, Introduction about HAZOP and job supervision

Part VI of this session explains about the trained and Qualified Supervisors, Safety committee meeting, adequate number of safety officers, Measure & celebration of safety success and Management's appraisal of safety performance.

Part VII of the session covers Behavioral based safety approach, welfare facilities and Emergency preparedness.

The last part of this session covers the conclusion and summary of the above seven sessions.
