Course Introduction
The Construction Workplace Safety & Health Management Course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage Workplace Safety & Health in construction sites as per safety and health Regulations. Participants will learn how to identify common construction worksite activities, associated risks, and hazards related to work processes.

Participants will gain an understanding of how to conduct risk control measures based on identified hazards, implement a risk management plan, and ensure effective communication on the implementation of the Workplace Safety & Health Management System. The course will also cover ways to continually improve the Workplace Safety & Health Management System based on feedback and identified gaps. Participants will learn to implement good Workplace Safety & Health practices onsite and manage incidents onsite with established procedures, including emergency response plans.

Finally, participants will be taught how to effectively manage, and control contractors onsite based on the evaluation and selection criteria of contractors.
