In this course I cover what Curiosity is, and how being curious helps in lifelong learning. I emphasize how a curiosity mindset can drive innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I also provide practical strategies for harnessing curiosity in the
digital age, fostering a culture of curiosity in the workplace, and cultivating curiosity in personal development and interdisciplinary thinking.
We cover Curiosity in three themes:
1) Learner: We focus on the skills of the curious learner here
2)Leader: We cover why Curiosity is a paramount attribute for leaders today and what does it mean to be a curious leader
3)Creating a Culture of curiosity : We cover why continuous learning is core to enabling a culture of curiosity and how role-modelling is the most powerful enabler of cultural change
4)To question is the answer: We reiterate that curiosity is an attitude of wonder along with a spirit of exploration.
Being curious is our natural trait, we always had it as children, but as we grew up we stopped being curious since we had too
much on our plate. This leads us to struggle personally and professionally since once we stop being curious, we stop growing.
In this insightful course, I take the example of a child getting very interested in a new object and how the child does everything to get answers to his/her questions.
Lets start being curious, lets start questioning again, Lets begin our learning!
