We have had notion from the World Health Organization (WHO) which has defined life skills as, "the abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life". This contributes to the fact of Defining Essential Life Skills and includes largely, Communication and interpersonal skills, Decision-making and problem-solving as few of the important expertise.
Also for the inception, life skills education bridges the gap between basic functioning and capabilities.
