A bundle of industry oriented questions that are most likely to be asked when you attend an Embedded firmware/software interview as a fresher or during a job/role change.
As a student or a professional you can come by once every week to check your hold on Embedded systems by attempting these new questions.
The questionnaire will begin with basic embedded C questions and will gradually progress to advanced level questions.
The concepts covered will be based on I2C, SPI, CAN, USART etc. communication protocols, RTOS, Bootloader programming, In-depth conceptual breakdown of ARM CORTEX-M processor based MCU's, Embedded Linux internals, IoT architecture + layer by layer breakdown etc.
The range of questions are very broad and just cannot be discussed fully in this short description (The RTOS section currently has 80+ questions ! )
All the questions are arranged in such a way, that the candidate attempting them gradually descends into the hard problems, we do not believe in bombarding you with fancy concepts and nomenclatures, we will ease you into this fancy world, at your pace.
I stand 100% behind this questionnaire, if you find any difficulty on understanding the answer to any of the question, feel free to text me or discuss in the Q&A section, along with answering your queries, I will provide you resources for going further deep into the topic where you feel, you lack knowledge.
All the very best for your future interviews because I know, you will ace it!
*UPDATE*
Added - In-depth Bootloader, IAP programming question set.
Future Updates include:
In-depth Embedded Linux internals question set
In-depth IoT programming/architecture question set
(However, if your background in embedded only consists of Arduino IDE, I would recommend you not to buy this quiz, I would also recommend you to buy a new development/evaluation board by Texas Instruments / ST / NXP etc and start learning device coding from scratch without much library support)
