The Role of Sadness To find joy it is necessary to accept sadness. 3. Escaping to the Future. Joy can only be found in the present moment and always anticipating something that is common is a condition that prevents us from enjoying what is happening now. 4. Sources of Happiness. There are certain activities that give us more joy than others. 5. Positive Vocabulary Changing your vocabulary is the first step. 6. Positive Thoughts Positive words create positive thoughts. 7. Detox the past. There is the need to revisit our old narrative and change. 8. Find your story. The only way to become authentic is to filter the input and select songs, books and movies that help us find our true identity. In order to change something it is necessary to first understand it.
