This course is an adaptation of my book, Entry Level Escape. It, and all of my other instructional content, was motivated by my mentees. I noticed a few years ago that early career professionals seemed to have the same challenges and frustrations and my advice to each was largely consistent (and consistently yielded promotions). With that I decided to write the book and begin making courses to help one million people get promoted.

Who Should Attend!

  • This course is best suited for three types of learners.
  • First: early career professionals who are tired of entry level work and eager to move up in their organizations
  • Second: students approaching the end of their studies looking to start there career in the fast lane
  • Third: people who mentor either of the previous two categories and are interested in picking up a framework to help guide their mentees
