You will understand how to examine financial data of a firm with a view to having an insight into the performance of the organization.
You will learn how organization can develop workable strategies in order to be of continued relevance and to prevent the “going concern” of the organization from being threatened, and how financial planning which entails setting goals and devising ways of attaining such goals can help in implementing the strategies. You will learn how to plan ahead in order to sustain business continuity.
