playing songs, that is the most fun and significant thing for me as a guitar player, that is what I mainly do when I'm playing. Learning new songs, widening my repertoire, is what motivates my playing, and keeps my enthusiasm burning. It sets new challenges, allows you to learn new techniques, new chord shapes and voicings, and new picking patterns.
In this course, I created fingerstyle arrangements for 6 songs, from beginner to intermediate level. Such as Oh Susanna, Choral from Beethoven 9th Symphony, El Condor Pasa, Greensleeves, Scarborough Fair, and The House Of The Rising Sun.
Through these arrangements, we'll learn the alternate bass picking technique, and how to develop thumb and fingers independence. We'll learn how to combine harmony and melody together. We'll learn songs in the key of G major, C major, A minor & E minor, in 4/4, 3/4 & 6/8 time signatures.
And all of that, with a practical thorough method, like in a private 1 on 1 lesson, no stone will be left unturned. Every song is broken into smaller digestible pieces, so you can practice each bar separately and learn through your hands.
So, grab your guitar and join me in the Fingerstyle Guitar Songbook!
