Welcome to my Freestyle Dance Course for Beginners, designed to make you feel great!
We are going to be dancing to a fun, upbeat hit song. I chose this song due to its simple beat-count structure, which helps with the dance choreography, and overall feel-good vibe. Who doesn't want to feel great whilst dancing?
This course is designed for individuals who are new to freestyle dance and want to learn the fundamentals of this exciting and expressive dance style.
I will guide you through the fundamentals of freestyle dance and help you build your confidence so you can develop your own unique style, with the help of a great accompanying song.
Through a series of easy-to-follow tutorials and movements, you will learn the basic movements of freestyle dance, to basic counts of eight. My goal is to support you as you move your body with confidence and express yourself through movement.
By exploring different dance movements, this course will provide a good foundation for you to improvise your own dance routines.
You will have fun and can learn at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you are looking to start a career in dance or simply want to have fun learning to dance, this course is for you.
Whilst beginners will feel at home with this course, experienced dancers are more than welcome too, if you simply want to learn new choreography to our chosen tune.
