Description

Jen will guide you through an all-levels gentle experience of vinyasa yoga. Combining her therapeutic knowledge of yoga, massage, hypnotherapy and other techniques this class is a creative exploration cultivating a sense of meditation, relaxation, physical strength, and flexibility.


You'll receive 12 full classes.  Each are designed to support you in different ways.  For example:  Improving our ability to bend down, opening the shoulder, working on flexibility, moving more gracefully and practicing loving kindness.  Classes are filled with inspiration from talking with my yoga students and what I find helps me and them.


This class is helpful for people who:

beginners or all-levels to yoga

you want a gentle, slow moving mindful class

you don't want to be in a group class

you'd rather move at you're own pace

you want movement that is good for your joints
