In this 7-day challenge you will be guided through wonderful breathing, movement and meditation sessions to train mind and body and create new habit patterns in your life. After 7 days you will have changed some essential things in your way of feeling, thinking and doing. This easy to follow course has helped thousands to change their habits and create a better life! 

What you will learn in this course:
