What is the aim of this course?

Consulting firms are hired very often to help in Headcount Optimization. Those projects are difficult as you have to find the right balance between reducing costs and maximizing the value of the business. You not only have to find ways to remove inefficiencies but also calculate in Excel the potential impact on the company and its value. In this course, I will teach how to perform fast and efficiently different types of analyses during projects dedicated to Headcount Optimization.

Headcount Optimization Projects are fast-paced and require a lot of hard work.
