This course consists of three parts, which will take you through the Healthy by Nature philosophy and show you a path to a healthy body and happy life with natural nutrition and workout routines.
PART-1:
· According to the principle "You are what you eat", the first part is about the impact of our diet on our health.
· In this part you will learn the difference between dead food and natural food and their tremendous impact on your health and wellbeing.
· This part defines the different qualities of food and their impact on your mind and soul according to Ayurveda – Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas.
· This part will show you scientific evidence about why dead food, especially meat and milk products, is most often the root cause for many diseases, such as heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, cancer, and dementia.
· You will understand, why a natural food diet not only helps improving your personal health, but also what huge impact this would have on our environment, animal welfare, and our collective karma.
· In this part, we dissolve the three biggest myths about vegans and natural food diets.
· You will learn, how you should change your diet from dead food to natural food and become a better version of yourself!
PART-2:
· The second part will explain the anatomy of the human digestive system and how nutrients are absorbed.
· It will give you an overview of nutrients – macro versus micronutrients.
· You will learn what macronutrients are and what their functions in our body is.
· You will get knowledge about the glycemic index and its impact on our blood sugar level, cholesterol level and bodily fat depots.
· You will understand how many carbohydrates, proteins and fats you should consume.
· You will learn what micronutrients are and what their function in our body is – vitamins and minerals.
· In this part I will teach you how to cover your daily vitamin and mineral needs with natural vegan food.
· You will also learn how to create a balanced meal plan to cover all your nutritional needs.
· We will have a look into an example meal plan with delicious vegan nutrient dense recipes.
PART-3:
· In the third part you will learn how to put the Healthy by Nature philosophy into practice through a new lifestyle.
· You will learn how to calculate your daily energy consumption, through your Basal Metabolic Rate and your Active Metabolic Rate, as well as your daily energy intake in the form of calories.
· You will also learn how to assess your current health status and how to determine your actual body fat percentage, which is an important health indicator.
· I will teach you the secret principles for effective and sustainable fat loss and how to put them into practice.
· You will learn how to define your realistic personal health goals.
· I will show you how to create your personal health plan, which consists of a balanced nutrition plan, and a workout plan.
· I will also teach you how to strengthen your body with basic exercises for your workout routine.
· We will go through a case study based on the example of Elena, containing a balanced nutrition plan based on purely natural vegan menus, as well as a workout plan, which is tailored to Elena's needs.
