Description

This course is the popular Healthy Chats for Girls seminar that was created by Dr. de Freitas and has been used extensively for the past 25 years. Mothers and daughters (ages 9 - 12), Girl Scouts troops, fifth grade health classes have all benefited from this concise, informative seminar that has been polished and updated over the years.

In this course you will have an opportunity to review what is age-appropriate information when it comes to this age group. How much information to give, what to say and how to say it in a way that is comfortable for both you and your daughter. It includes the physical and emotional aspects of this very sensitive topic.

In addition to menstruation, you will have an opportunity to review how to address the facts of conception. In other words, The Birds and the Bees with Ease! What to say at the different ages, how much to say and above all, you will be able to ask questions of Dr. de Freitas regarding your individual concerns.
