All constructive criticism is welcome and makes for a better course which is regularly updated. This is my first written course and I hope you will find it an enjoyable easy-to-follow step by step program to help you understand your Adrenals and Thyroid, and how they play a part in keeping the whole body in good physical shape. You will also be shown that there are other glands involved – namely the HPS Axis which all play a part in keeping healthy.
This course will show you how to identify your symptoms, advise you of common and uncommon different tests available and where to get them. Be assured that you will be given tried and tested guidance along the way into helping heal your Adrenals and Thyroid - naturally.
Learning to manage Hypo (under active) or Hyper (over active) Thyroidism can be daunting – being that they govern and maintain the whole body – hence the numerous symptoms that can appear. You will be advised what foods can help and be shown ways on how you can improve your nutrition without having to totally clear your pantry in one go.
Once you have made a start, you will find the steps are quite simple and informative and come with a short video clip explaining the lecture.
