You may have accrued a weakened core due to a sedentary lifestyle which many of us have experienced over 2020. You may have issues related to pelvic floor due to weight changes or childbirth. You may like myself, have had back pain from nursing and lifting injuries.
With this course you will find exercises that can be done in a small space, with no equipment. There are a variety so that for those movements that seem a bit more challenging initially you can simply skip to the next one.
At times I offer levels so you can progress. Each section is complete in its own right, however some sections will complement other body complaints. I recommend working through it all once and then pick and choose as so desired. Consistently doing them will reap results.
