How to Learn the Human Flag, a calisthenics hold that seems to push the limits of what the human athlete is capable of.


In this course, you will learn:

-How to learn the human flag calisthenics hold in under 6 weeks.  I will guide you through each exercise, your recovery, even your meals.  Follow along if you are a complete beginner with no prior calisthenics or gymnastics experience and want to learn the human flag as fast as possible. 


To master the human flag, and begin day 1 of this course, you only need a basic general fitness level.  If you are able to perform 10 pushups and at least 1 pull-up, you can begin this program.


In this course, I will guide you through:

-Necessary weekly exercise recommendations you need to hit in order to build the strength needed to hold the human flag

-Foods and supplement recommendations that will enable you to gain enough strength in you muscles and joints to allow you to hold the human flag

-My favorite recipes that include key minerals and nutrients your body will need to grow lean muscle mass while staying completely shredded without every missing your favorite foods (+ my favorite sauces and toppings that make it taste better than restaurant quality!)

-How to recover between workouts (way more than just rest is required)

-How to ice for maximum muscle growth and injury prevention

-Tips to stay motivated on a constituent basis

-Mandatory non-skill work exercises you need to train (such as the right type of rows, hypertrophic chest exercises and core strengthening exercises needed to succesfully learn the human flag in under 6 weeks)
-How to perform each human flag progression properly to maximize strength gains in the right combination of muscles

-EXACT requirements so you know if you are strong enough to move onto each phase of the training program (this helps prevent you from trying to do too much at once, and further prevents injury while adding necessary PRs throughout each step of this course).
