Our habits are what make up our everyday lives, and it can be simplistically summarised by this logic: bad habits = sad life ; good habits = better life!
But how to get rid of the bad habits we have, even WHEN WE KNOW it is those bad habits that are ruining our lives?
You might even have tried to stop some of your bad habits... just to get back to them some time later in the future; or you might already know which habits that are holding you back from the life you want to have ... but still feel stuck, not knowing how to take care of them ...
How to develop AND MAINTAIN the good habits that you have developed?
This course should have the answer to many of your questions concerning habits;
It is divided in 3 main parts:
