Stress and anxiety are becoming increasingly common, particularly at this difficult time.
And handling this anxiety can feel difficult and lonely. Handling the overwhelming feelings, our view of ourselves, worries about the future, and things feeling out of control.
I've worked with my own anxiety in my 30's, and with many clients with anxiety in my counselling practice over the last 15 years.
So I've put together this course on handling anxiety based on this experience and what has helped.
The course consists of 7 short videos, the longest being less than 20 minutes, and 4 exercises that can be used to help with anxiety.

2. All About Anxiety
3. Turning Towards Anxiety
4. What We Put Our Attention On Grows
5. Being Good Enough
