Repeat.  I have done this more times than I can remember as a leader in Tech.  My motivation for creating this course is so that those who take this course can learn from my experiences and my hope is that you all can jump directly to LEARN in this cycle so that you can start further along than I did.  You will still Do. Fail. Learn. Repeat.  But with this course assisting you in your journey, you should have fewer cycles.

For more than 16 years, I have been leading software development teams and I have added what I think are the most important topics I believe are needed to master in your first 90 days as a new Tech Manager.  Many of these strategies should and will be used beyond and are just good tips for all Tech Managers regardless of your background.
