Once you have completed this course, you will be able to set up LLCs in no time at all. Its fast, easy and sufficient. There are no specific skills necessary.
Inside this course, I show you how to set up your account with the Secretary of State. The filing fees, create the body of the LLC, explain what Manager/Members are, what an Agent for Service is, as well as what an Operating Agreement is and what an EIN number is for and used for. I have also created a checklist for you that you can download and save to get you started. Therefore, when you sit down to create your new LLC, you will have all the information in front of you so it will be a breeze. Do not be discouraged, it all sounds very confusing, but it is not at all confusing once you get the hang of it. Once you have created one or two, by the third, you will be a pro at it. This is why the checklist is very important when setting up the LLC that way you will not be scrambling trying to remember every detail, because it will be all right in front of you for ease of reference.
