This course presents four topics:
1. Workplace Investigations: conducting investigations in the workplace, how to document, create an investigation report and how to communicate results
2. Employee Engagement: creating a detailed engagement plan to help implementing activities in the workplace using specific budget, timeline and action steps to ensure consistency, and then reporting results
3. Creating an HR Budget: choosing the budget fields, costing and collecting the data based on the set annual plans and creating a detailed budget sheet
4. Build and Implement a Salary Scale: create a salary scale based on the size and complexity of the organization, link salary ranges to positions and levels, in addition to reflecting additional compensation and payment methods to the scale
In this series of HR training I present to you simple and practical HR methodologies and walk you through a step by step process to implement HR essentials and create a better workplace. The training approach follows a learn by doing concept to bridge the gap between presenting theory and the way to actually implement the learning in the workplace.
Each of the lectures reflect real life examples based on practical experience gained from various organizations, simplified to guide the attendees and direct them in a path to create their own plans, suitable to reflect to their organization unique circumstances
This training is suitable for junior to mid level HR professionals working within small to medium size organizations, or any other professionals who were not exposed to the presented subjects.
