Description

Commissioning is one of the critical procedures for the project. It is not easy to understand because it depends on the project and end-user standards. For example, I did the performance test for the HVAC system when I worked for an EPC project in Qatar. But I didn’t do it when I handled an EPC project in UAE.

Furthermore, it is difficult for engineers who have majored mechanical engineering in their colleges to deal with automatic control systems. Generally speaking, a control panel (CP) has lots of components to check during the FAT or SAT.

These are the main reasons for me to desire to make this course. I will show you the typical FAT and SAT for the HVAC industrial projects. If you need to deal with a FAT or SAT for the HVAC projects, you can understand about it with this course. You can use this course according to the situation since I put activities as many as possible into this course to contain as much as information.

We will discuss about the below activities.

· Introduction

· AHU, ACCU & CP Appearance

· CP Painting

· CP Configuration

· CP Power Cable

· CP Power On

· I/O Point Check

· Function Test

· SAT

From this course, you will get ideas about what kinds of activities shall be done during the FAT or SAT. For your information, I have made this course according to my experiences I got while working for 4 EPC projects in Middle East.

I hope you would understand about the HVAC more with this course.

Good luck.
