This virtual course is perfect for anyone who is just starting with the Max Classic version of Keap, or just starting to take it more seriously.
And just to be clear - the Max Classic version of Keap is the edition of the software that was previously known as Infusionsoft.
I built this course to answer all the questions you didn’t know you needed to ask. I’ve worked with too many smart people who felt dumb because Keap just wasn’t clicking for them, and for many it was because they never got a solid foundation of understanding when they started.
This course covers automation theory, and some tips and advice for "thinking" about Keap, and the role it can play in your business. But we'll also open up the software and cover some of the core functions that will be part of your day-to-day usage, and important for maximizing the ROI you get from Keap moving forward.
We'll talk about the CRM, adding and organizing contacts, using tags and custom fields, sending and split testing broadcasts, using dynamic content, configuring lead sources and lead scoring, and so much more.
To help make the content as digestible as possible, it has been divided into five video sections - and most modules are 5-15 minutes long.
Whether you plan to become a professional Keap consultant, or you plan to hire out the day-to-day management of your campaigns, this course will help you understand the system at a new level and position you to get more out of it in the long run.
Note: This course is designed for Keap Users with the Max Classic version of the software, to establish a baseline level of confidence using the platform.
So – if you’re a new user, you’re in the right place. But even if you’ve had Max Classic (formerly known as Infusionsoft) for a while, this course will help identify blind spots and validate what you’re already doing.
Oh, and one more caveat - this course was recorded when the software was called Infusionsoft. So, throughout the course I'll use that language - if you still call it Infusionsoft, then that'll be a non issue, but if you call it Keap, or Max Classic, then when I say "Infusionsoft" you'll want to switch it to Keap.
