Interviewing is more than just slapping up your resume, applying to everything in sight and hoping to get an interview. As a recruiter who has reviewed over 5,000 resumes, done 1,000's of phone interviews, and 100's of in person interviews, there is a right and wrong way to get noticed for your next job. This course will help you stand out from the crowd and believe me, there is a crowd these days for every position. We will cover everthing from looking for the perfection position, reviewing the job description (what to look for), create a great resume, prepare for both the phone interview and/or in person interview and finally follow up ideas. It's not about mass applying, it's really about figuring out what you want, then building your resume to get noticed. Job hopping isn't a great look on a resume -- you need to build stability. If you don't have it, then you need to figure out how to make what you do have look great so you get to the interview! It takes work, commitment and perservance to get to the end result! A job/career you love with a company you couldn't possibly think of every leaving!
