Al Safat is a certification system developed by the Dubai Municipality to assess and certify buildings for their compliance with the Dubai Green Building Regulations and Specifications. The system aims to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the construction and operation of buildings in Dubai.
It aims to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the Al Sa'fat system and its significance in promoting sustainable building practices in Dubai.

Platinum: The highest certification level, indicating exceptional sustainability performance and the incorporation of advanced green building strategies.
