In this course, you'll start your journey to holistic wellness where your body, mind, and soul will become aligned with nature. You will learn the basic philosophies of Ayurveda, which is the 5000-year old health system from India. Ayurveda is the only health system that looks at each person as an individual with unique needs. You'll have no more confusion about what will work for you and what won't.

Ayurveda is the ultimate system of living a natural lifestyle that supports the health of the whole person; body, mind, and soul. By recognizing and aligning with the elements that make up our world and our bodies, we are better able to live in a harmonious way that avoids disease and brings us closer to true health.

This course begins by introducing you to the basics; the fundamental principles of Ayurveda. This overview conveys the essence of Ayurveda so you will immediately understand how it is unique from all other systems of health.

Each lesson consists of screenshots of the information, images, lists, and diagrams. You'll learn about each of the different mind/body types, and be given an assessment to determine which primary body type you are. From there, the rest of the course will run through all the major areas of your lifestyle for each of the mind/body types; how and when to eat, how and when to exercise, and how to tweak your routines depending on the time of day and the time of year.

You'll learn the basics about the energies, elements, and qualities of eveything in the Universe, which of course, includes you. The qualities of the elements and energy plays a huge role in our health and wellness. You'll be able to recognize these and adjust your routines and lifestyle accordingly so that you can stay in a healing state, not a diseased state.

You'll also recieve multiple printable PDF's to help you apply this information into your life. Each lesson will contain the relevant PDF's taken from my Ayurveda Lifestyle Workbook. You'll get the body/mind type quiz, easy reference sheets, daily routine planning pages, trackers, and journal prompts. The second printable PDF is the Body, Mind, and Soul Self-Care Planner/Journal. This is a bonus that will help supplement your Ayurvedic lifestyle. It goes deeper into self-care practices and ways to align with nature's daily and seasonal cycles.

When you have completed this course, you'll be in full control of your own health and wellbeing. You will have renewed motivation for living a healthy lifestyle since you will know exactly what it takes to make yourself healthy. You will have a better appreciation and understanding of nature itself, which you are a part of. Living an Ayurvedic lifestyle helps you feel connected to yourself, the natural world, and the Universe.
